Happy holidays! I'm sharing two new recipes this week - no-bake Pineapple Cheesecake Parfaits and Toasted Maple Muesli. The parfaits are a simple, scrumptious treat for a winter dinner party. The muesli is one of my family's favorite recipes  - a nutritious breakfast dish that would also make a delightful homemade holiday gift. Place a batch in a quart-sized mason jar and decorate it with a ribbon for a lovely presentation. Also please enjoy a tasty throwback recipe below - Mushroom Barley Soup with Flanken.
