There's been another change to our Christmas cut off plans, and we want to explain it properly.

In our last email, we shared that tomorrow would be the Christmas cut off for our Ceramic, Glass, and Wooden ornaments. But due to an overwhelming number of orders flowing in last night, our factory had unfortunately reached full capacity, and we had to make the call sooner than planned.

To prevent any risk of late deliveries, we had to immediately close the cut-off for all three ornament types. We know this is sudden, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience. Our goal has always been to protect your holiday experience, and this cut-off change helps ensure that every remaining order has the best chance to arrive before Christmas.

The good news is that not everything is closing.

Our Acrylic Ornaments and Custom Print Hoodies are still on track for Christmas delivery. These items have been customer favorites all season, and until 11:59 PM on December 16, you can use code XCO05 to take 30% OFF both items.
