Closing For The Holidays | Last Call ❄️

Hey Spellcaster,
As the year comes to a close, I wanted to share an important update with you.
Shipping orders will stop for the holidays from December 20th to January 5th. If you're hoping to see your order ship before the holidays, today will be the final day to do so before we pause and reset for the new year! I will be managing the customer support email until December 23rd and will start again on January 2nd. It may take some time to get back to everyone, but rest assured I will be working through them chronologically.
Before we head into the holidays, I also wanted to speak honestly with you.
This year has been a tough one for our business, financially, emotionally, and logistically. There were moments where continuing felt genuinely impossible. And yet, we kept going. We fought tooth and nail to fulfil orders, to protect the magic of what we've created, and to show up for you the best we could.
Due to these challenges, we've had to make some big changes behind the scenes. We recently pulled our entire inventory out of the large warehouse partner that handled packaging and shipping, simply because we can no longer afford to keep the product there. I underestimated how hard moving all the product on my own would be, but the good news is... I have found some items we thought were sold out!

Right now, it's pretty much a one-person operation. From this point forward, all orders are being processed, packed, and shipped by me, with a whole lot of care and determination. This does mean there may be some delays, and I sincerely ask for your patience and understanding as I work through orders as quickly as possible. We have also experienced some less-than-satisfactory shipping partners. Seeing shipments being delayed by giant couriers is really defeating as a small business; the frustration you feel with delays is absolutely felt by us every time.
Despite the struggles, I am incredibly proud of what we've made over the years. The items the team has created are genuinely magical, thoughtful, and special. I will just need a little more time to get them into your hands.
