To our valued customers,

As 2025 comes to an end, we want to wish you and your loved ones a happy holiday season and a joyful, prosperous new year. Our sincere thanks to all our customers and partners for your continued support.

We also want to address the current state of the flash memory business. Many of you have heard about this already. You may have seen recent news coverage about potential memory card and SSD shortages in 2026. At ProGrade Digital, we have always prided ourselves on honesty and transparency in everything we do, and we wanted you to hear directly from us what you can expect to see happening in 2026.

There are only a few companies in the world that have flash memory fabs, and those suppliers are experiencing high demand for flash memory and DRAM from the companies that are building AI datacenters. With all the frenzy over AI and the race to be the first, the biggest, the best, those companies are paying whatever they must in order to build out their AI infrastructure.

As a result, flash memory allocation is being prioritized for those AI customers, and prices are rising significantly across the industry. These cost increases are significant and very real, and they impact the entire industry, including brands like ours.

This is creating some uncertainty in the market, and prices on SD, CFexpress Type A, CFexpress Type B, and SSDs are already going up and some products may have more limited quantities at times. This situation is evolving, and our manufacturing team is working diligently to secure as much memory as possible so that we can build our cards and SSDs.

We remain confident in our ability to supply our customers with products, and while we do expect some ongoing volatility in supply and pricing through 2026. Our goal is to keep you shooting and delivering for your clients, and we'll communicate clearly as conditions change.

We are very positive about the year ahead, and you have our commitment that ProGrade Digital will not change the quality that we build into our products, and we will not change our long-term commitment to serving our customers.

We have an exciting roadmap planned, and we are moving confidently into 2026 with new products and innovations that we look forward to delivering to you. If you have questions or concerns, we want to hear from you.

Our support team is in San Jose, CA, and we are available at support@progradedigital.com or by phone at +1.408.708.9290.

Thanks for your continued support.
