Hello everyone,

I hope you are well and keeping safe during this difficult and unpredictable time.

I wanted to let you know what Hunkydory is doing as a business for both your safety and the safety of our employees.

We are astutely following all government guidelines and have a team closely monitoring the situation as it develops.

As a business, we already follow strict hygiene measures and have added to this with further hand sanitising stations for our team. We are regularly disinfecting surfaces and all employees are following the increased hand-washing precautions diligently.

The safety of our employees is extremely important to us. We have already initiated work from home procedures, and we are taking special care with our most vulnerable employees to ensure they are protected and supported - including focus on their mental health and wellbeing whilst working away from the office.

And of course, as per the government guidelines, anyone experiencing a cough will be self isolating for 7 days, and anyone in their household for 14. We do not have any confirmed cases in our business at this current time.

I can confirm that the business is running as normally as possible and we are still able to take orders and send out deliveries at our usual timely speed. Public Health England has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the virus which is reassuring to both ourselves and our customers.

I would also like to thank you for your continued support of our family business. We all know that crafting brings a real sense of joy and calmness and we are continuing with our Facebook Live shows every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, so you can continue to chat with us and other Hunkydory customers there too.

I hope that in our own small way we can help you through this difficult time.
