| Hi sfn, Did you know that every time you send a message with Podia Email, Podia automatically keeps track of how your audience engages with it? That means you can see who opened your email, who clicked a link, and even which specific links they clicked, so you can follow up with the right people instead of emailing everyone. Here's how it works: Whenever you send a newsletter or campaign email, just add links like you normally would. You might link to a product or sales page, a blog post or resource, or another page on your site. Behind the scenes, Podia tracks engagement for you automatically. Later on, you can filter your audience based on how they interacted with that email. To do this, add an audience filter, head to Email activity, then filter by: - Email type: Any, Campaign email, or Broadcast
- Specific email: Choose a newsletter or an email in a campaign
- Customer activity: See who opened, didn't open, clicked a specific link, or didn't click a specific link
From there, you can send customized messages just for these people, like a nudge for anyone who clicked a product link, or a check-in with folks who didn't open the first email. Instead of guessing what your audience cares about, you can use their actions to guide your next step. It's an easy way to send more thoughtful follow-ups and help people find what they're already curious about. Learn more about how to view email engagement info in this help doc. Podia Email is included on all plans and is free for your first 100 subscribers. As your business grows, you can add on more subscribers as needed. Plus, if you're coming from another email marketing tool, we'll migrate your subscribers, tags, segments, and templates for free.
