Two years ago, I came across a study that stopped me cold.

Researchers found that a single plastic tea bag releases approximately 11.6 billion microplastic particles into your cup. Not million. Billion.

I'd been drinking tea daily for years, thinking I was doing something healthy for my body.

Instead, I'd been consuming billions of microscopic plastic particles that my body can't break down or eliminate. Particles that accumulate in organs, cross the blood-brain barrier, and disrupt hormones.

The Problem With "Normal" Tea Bags

Here's what most people don't realize:
