Rouge Care is growing, and we're looking for two awesome people who loves red light therapy to join our customer success team. If you're empathetic, love helping people, and are passionate about red light therapy and wellness, we'd love to hear from you.

The role
Customer Success Representative to help us keep our high standards and stellar reputation. This is a full-time remote role. You'll be the friendly, informed voice of Rouge, helping customers feel confident, rejuvenated, and revitalized.

Is this you?

Fluent in English (spoken and written), French is a plus (if you're in Canada)
Based in Canada or Australia
Passionate about red light therapy and wellness
You genuinely love helping people and creating positive experiences
Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused
Comfortable communicating via email, chat, and phone
Organized and confident managing multiple inquiries
