Those were the fateful words Shelia Frey said to her husband, Gerard, when they heard a home in picturesque Oldfield, a small community on the banks of South Carolina's Okatie River, was about to hit the market. The couple, who was vacationing there at the time, had been seriously toying with the idea of relocating to the idyllic Southern enclave.
