It's also one of the country's best city parks, making it a must-visit attraction during your stay in the Windy City. The park is home to miles of pathways through manicured gardens, with views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline, as well as a free zoo. One of the best attractions in the park, however, is the Lincoln Park Conservatory and Gardens. There's no admission fee to walk through this indoor botanical and admire the lush, tropical fauna, including ancient ferns and rare, delicate orchids. It's located inside a Victorian-era glass arboretum that has been standing in Lincoln Park since 1895.
