Your body should be on its way to becoming a fat-burning machine. So, you might be wondering, how long until you’re ready for Phase 2? Our recommendation is to stay in Phase 1 until you’re within 15 pounds of your weight loss goal.
When you want to move on to a slower, steadier weight loss burn, move to Phase 2 to gradually introduce a wider variety of carbs to your diet.
Of course, it’s ultimately up to you when to make the move. In the meantime, don’t forget, if you have questions or just need a little extra motivation, our Atkins™ community is here to support you.
