Preheat oven to 425F. Whisk together dry ingredients. Whisk together wet ingredients. Spoon batter into lined muffin tin (fill all the way to the top). Open up your PROBAR Banana Nut Muffin and break into pieces. Place pieces onto top of the muffin.
Bake for 5 minutes at 450, then reduce heat to 350F and bake an additional 16 minutes.
Remove and let cool on wire rack.
