Last Monday the 5th December, we sent an email inviting you to book your next eye appointment in advance.

That was a mistake on our part. You were contacted because of a glitch in our systems.

Our experts are working on it to make sure it doesn't happen again. In the meantime, we apologise for the mix-up.

If you've booked an appointment on the back of our last email, please cancel it by contacting the store.
