We're just days away from lighting the first Hanukkah candle, and I have a few more ideas to share for your holiday menu. These dishes will be at home on any festive table, no matter which holidays you celebrate.

My friends at @SurLaTable recently asked me to develop a Hanukkah recipe for their Lid & Ladle blog. Here is the delicious result of our collaboration - Sephardic Bimuelos with Date Caramel Sauce! KARTOFFELPUFFER - CRISPY POTATO TAHINI PATTIES - A fusion between German, Moroccan, Arab, and Israeli food traditions, these crispy potato pancakes are baked, not fried. They're also vegan and gluten free.
