Hi Friend,
Rosh Hashanah is just around the corner! I've recently updated my Rosh Hashanah Recipe Index to make it much more user-friendly. I hope those who celebrate find it helpful while planning your holiday menus. You can check out all of the high-holiday recipe options, or search by recipe category or diet. You'll find just a few of my holiday favorites below!

APPLE HONEY CHALLAH - This beautiful braided challah is sweetened with honey and stuffed with tender apple pieces. It's one of my most popular Rosh Hashanah recipes! I have included easy braiding instructions for a perfect round challah every time. RECIPE HERE or PIN IT for later.

POMEGRANATE GLAZED SALMON - I love cooking with pomegranate molasses at this time of year. Salmon fillets prove to be the perfect palette for this rich, ruby red glaze. A crisp and sweet-tart crust forms that is something akin to teriyaki, but with the added brightness of the fruit. RECIPE HERE or PIN IT for later.

AUTUMN SWEET POTATO SOUP - Seasonal fall produce really inspires me in the kitchen. With Rosh Hashanah and Sukkot happening soon, my focus has shifted to foods that warm and nourish. This soup is healthy and deliciously unexpected, with a very unique flavor that is sure to delight. RECIPE HERE or PIN IT for later.

DATE HONEY NUT CAKE – This simple quick bread cake is lovely served with tea or coffee. It's also a nice change from standard honey cake – perfect for Rosh Hashanah and Sukkot! RECIPE HERE or PIN IT for later.

ROSH HASHANAH SANGRIA - It wouldn't be the High Holidays without a cold pitcher of my Rosh Hashanah Sangria! Celebrate the Jewish new year with this sweetly symbolic beverage, featuring several traditional holiday ingredients. A sweet drink for a sweet new year. Shana Tova! RECIPE HERE or PIN IT for later.
