Happy Father's Day to all the dads, grandpas, stepdads, pet dads, and father figures out there! It's the first day of summer and barbecue season has arrived. I don't know about you, but when the weather heats up I want to cook and eat outdoors as often as possible. Below are some of my favorite recipes to inspire you at the grill.

HOW TO GRILL ARTICHOKES - Grilling makes almost everything taste better, including artichokes! The trick to making a great grilled artichoke is doing most of the cooking before it ever hits the grill.  LEARN HOW HERE.

GRILLED PEACH SUNDAE WITH BRANDY BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE - Here, I've grilled ripe peaches and served them over vanilla frozen yogurt (the tartness pairs well) or ice cream, topped with a scrumptious brandy butterscotch sauce.
