Dear Friends,

While lemons are technically a winter fruit, I have always thought that their bright flavor is just right for summer. Thankfully they're available year round in most places. Lemons are crisp, sunny, and can be added to nearly any dish - sweet or savory. When testing recipes in my home kitchen and looking for the perfect final touch to round out a flavor, adding a bit of lemon juice or zest is almost always the answer.
