Dear Friends,

2020 has arrived, and with it our New Year's resolutions. The most popular, of course, is eating more mindfully. Below you'll find some of my favorite healthy recipes that are anything but boring. While you're integrating healthier options into your diet, remember my favorite motto - everything in moderation, including moderation. Happy eating!
