Dear Customer, I am writing to say how sorry I am for the difficulties you may have recently experienced when shopping online with us at Marks & Spencer over the past few months. Our records show that we regrettably had to cancel your order for which you will have been refunded. I can honestly say that this Christmas we have faced some tough challenges for our delivery teams and unfortunately this means we have not always been able to offer the high level of service that you rightly expect from us, and for that I sincerely apologise. We will continue to work as hard as possible to address these challenges and improve the service we offer so that we can meet and exceed your expectations of M&S. I wish you a very happy Christmas and hope you continue to shop with us in the New Year. Kind regards, |
