We are emailing you to remind you that your order is due to be dispatched today, on Wednesday 11h July, using a 24 hour TNT delivery service. It should arrive with you on Thursday 12th. We recommend that you plan to be available on Friday as well – just in case! (Please note that post code 20 is a 48 hour service).

 

Attached to this email is our cooking and freezing advice for our products.

 

Just before dispatch you will receive an email providing you with your TNT tracking number. This will allow you to see the progress of your box.

 

If you have not received your box by 3pm on Thursday please use your tracking number on the TNT website and if you need our assistance call us on 09.75.43.75.78. If we don’t hear from you, we will assume that your box has arrived safely. This is a specific telephone number that is different to our main number, please continue to use the main 02.33.51.33.72 number for all orders and queries that do not relate to delivery.
