Travel and transfers to and from your chosen UK SLH property will not be included in the prize.
Your Clinique goodie bag will be filled with a variety of Face and Body sun creams, Self tan products as well as a bag of deluxe sized travel essentials. Your deluxe sized travel essentials with be promotional sized products. This will be sent to you by mail upon being selected as a prize winner. This prize is non transferable and cannot be exchanged, sold or returned.
Details regarding how to enter as published from part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Only one entry per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner(s) will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. If winning is dependent on answering a question correctly, then the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received.
All entries must be received by midnight on 8th July 2014 following publication of the prize draw.
One winner will be selected. The winner will be selected at random and notified on 22nd July 2014.
The prizes as published are available on the date of publication. The prize is subject to availability and to any published restrictions. All prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
A maximum of five (5) complimentary room nights can be requested per hotel, per stay.
A minimum of two (2) weeks' notice must be given.
The complimentary room nights are valid for 12 months from the date of receipt.
The prize of five nights relate to standard double room accommodation only.
It is always subject to availability; (i.e. at the hotel's discretion. If a booking is requested during the hotel's peak period, or their annual complimentary room night allocation has already been confirmed, they are entitled to deny confirmation).
General online availability and hotel availability for claiming complimentary room nights may differ. The latter will prevail.
All incidental cost including, but not restricted to, food, beverages, taxes, incurred by the guest are to be settled prior to departure from, and direct with, the individual hotel as these are not included.
Complimentary rooms are non-flexible and once confirmed by SLH, no alterations or cancellations can be made.
In case of alteration or cancellation, you will forfeit the rooms.
The following hotels are not available: Akatsuki Resort and Alexander House
The Club of Small Luxury Hotels of the World's benefits cannot be redeemed in conjunction with this offer.
Guests who choose to utilise their room nights at an all-inclusive SLH hotel will incur a mandatory additional charge to cover the cost of the all-inclusive facilities. This will vary depending on the property selected.
There is no monetary value of this Prize and it cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative Prize.
The prize cannot be transferred.
Complimentary room nights will be governed by the terms and conditions that are in place at the time the room nights are reserved.
Small Luxury Hotels of the World are the promoter for this promotion and will be responsible for arranging the prize draw.
